Just wondering if all this foul weather has affected the good bite that was on last weekend. Thinking about one last trip. Any feedback much appreciated.

Still cold water. Banged small salmon in harbor early. Trolled out to 450. Better temp the farther you go out. Got another small king out deep. Try again after lunch. TOUGH FISHING!

I tried calling you on the radio out of FairHaven last week. I was on 68 . Did you fish out of FaiHaven or Oswego? I heard very little chatter on 68 in FH. Do they use a diff channel there?

Hey BuckboardJr,

I fished out of Oswego last Saturday, fair amount of traffic on CH 72. May go to Lake Champlain (Willsboro Bay) in the a.m., just switched over to lighter tackle for that trip. Champlain water level is quite high now and lots of debris in certain areas but I heard Willsboro was not too bad. What a beautiful lake to fish.

Got out this am, with 3 to 4 footers we didnt play on the lake for long, tried doing as the charter boats did and marked very few fish so called it a day. We werent able to spend enough time today to find the fish, but they were not in the harbor when we were

Thanks again for the feedback guys,

I ended up on Champlain, very cloudy and weedy water from all the storms, very slow fishing also.

See you on the pond.
