Out on the Canan in December

Well with the warm temps and a Buck tag filled I thought I would see if Capt'n FLXtroutman wanted to join me and my old man out for a December trip on the water on the Charnelia. We launched from Ononda Park and the water had a pretty decent south wind chop on it. We ran wires, 7 color Lead on Planers, Copper down the chute, mix bag of spoons and FF combos and marked lots of fish but all we can up with was a monster Canan Weed Fish . Seems the fish did not want to cooperate this close to X-mas. Pretty sure that will be the last outing but had to give it a shot. Can't wait for the hardwater
