Need lead shot for Lead Sled

Got a Lead Sled for Christmas. Now I'm looking for 100# of lead shot for the weight bags. Size of shot doesn't matter. Any ideas on how to accomplish this cheaply?

I had a very difficult time finding lead bags. So what i did is cruzed craigslist for people selling 25lb weightlifting plates. They also fit into the lead sled. I ended up picking up two plates for 20 bucks which i thought was a cheap alternative and does a killer job on my sled. No recoil at all!

I've used my lead sled for a few years without using the lead shot. I use a ratchet strap to strap it down to the table/bench i'm using, works just fine and is way cheaper!

25-50lbs is more than enough ... i use weightlifting plates as well

Try the sand bags from rd.const. sites , the ones holding up the signs.
