WTB 2 locks for cannon Mag 10HS riggers

Anyone have a pair of locks (old style) for Cannon Mag10 HS riggers that they want to part with?

There is some new ones listed on Ebay right now. They do not make these anymore and none of the Cannon Dealers have them. They can no longer get them from Cannon either. I called them all and are discountinued. They are very tough to find. Took me a season to find a set of used ones on Ebay. The new style downriggerrs do not use them anymore.

I know they don't make them anymore. That's why I'm looking here. I just checked ebay and did a search and I don't see any. I check ebay everyday as a matter of fact. Send me the link to it if you can. thanks

Just punch in cannon downrigger lock in Ebay in the general search bar and it will show up.

yup, saw them this morning. $60 a pop is kind of steep. I will continue to look for some used ones.

My friend made his with a couple pieces of plate with a chain welded to one and the other slotted so the last link of the chain came through and a padlock slipped threw it.

Or you could weld ends on one of those locks for your receiver hitch , just an idea.

you can make them out of alum or stainless. cut a strip about 1" by 6" and bend

one end (might have to heat it) and drill a hole for a lock on the other. made mine

from 1/4" alum.

My Dad made a set for his as well. I'm kind of an OEM guy. but if I can't find some I'll have to make them as well. Let me know Billy if you have any.
