in-season boat storage

Looking for a dry spot to drop my boat during the season in the area from mexico to Fair haven. Would rather not trailer the boat if I can park it somewhere safe. Boat is a 20ft grady overnighter.

you can leave it at kurtis farm near the middle school in oswego, normally lots of boats there.
