Point Breeze One Lane Bridge Closure

[Captain's Cove]

For information: The NYS DOT closed the one-lane bridge that runs over the Oak Orchard River between the Rt. 98 and Rt. 18 bridges. Orleans County is now conducting a study to determine what to do next. The County Hwy department does not yet know when the study results will be available.

As you can imagine, there are a lot of different opinions about what to do. I've pasted links to 2 recent newspaper articles below:
