Kueka Lake State Park

Just wondering if anyone fishes Kueka Lake this time of year and if the state park launch is kept open. I was thinking about pulling the boat over there this weekend if the wind isnt right for Ontario. Is it usually good trout fishing this time of year? Watkins is pretty slow, South end of Cayuga is sort of hit and miss and I'd like to switch it up for a day. I always see browns jumping near shore in the Fall season when we are taking the buoys out for the winter.

That would be great, thank you! I wasnt sure if it usually freezes up or what. Do you know if they have Landlocks in the lake? I was planning on Lake Trout fishing but assume they would have some Salmon as well.

Lake trout by the thousands 3lb fish, they stock salmon but I wouldn't plan on catching them.

The only LL I've ever caught came from keuka. Surprised the heck out of us when the downrigger Fired then a small salmon came leaping out of the water.

Not in recent years but have caught some decent salmon down near the college.. there is a green water tower up on the hill same side as the college , use that as your marker... Have to be extremely careful tho it is a big bowl out in the middle and comes up really quick to about 25-the 30 ft of water.. silver and blue spoons were always hot in that area... good luck

Come on over to keuka waters awesome we been fishing on the h-port end and we cant keep the lines in the water absolute murder on lakers but just like everyone says all 3lb lakers. in one hour last weekend me and a friend went 15 for 16
