Chartplotter Advice

I am looking into purchasing a Chartplotter soon. I am in search of something with a 6 inch screen or larger that I can get for around $800. I see Lowrance has a nice unit for around this price but not to sure about their quality these past few years. Any suggestions would be great!

Don't have any experience with Lowrance as I have always run Garmin and have been happy with them.
