Like new 25' Sportsmen Bunkhouse,sleeps 7-8. Its in K&G campground,one of the nicest anywhere,This years season rental is paid.Its blue and white,with same colors inside.Walking inyou enter the Kitchen living area with a foldout couch.To right is a divided area with a queen size bed.Left of the kitchen which has,gas stove,refrig. ,micro,TV.is a seperate bath,hallway sink area.At the end is are 4 bunk beds.Awesome heat and AC..Has new awning and deck.THe campsite has,sewer hooked up,water,cable TV ,electric(you pay for).The seasonal fees are paid to NOV.!st.THe unit is a1998 that was used for 5 weeks,then went instorage till I got it in 2007.Really clean,no leaks.Park is full of nice sportsmen,wifes and family.Our site has nice boat area on asphalt,near extra showers,restrooms and laundry.Very nice onsite restaurant "1881".. Firm,no kicking price $4500.First cash only,will not hold. Will post pics in a few weeks if I still have unit.

The season fees are $1700,includes water,sewer,cable TV, 10 minutes to Wrights landing Fees are paid this year,Move it you want later. Puts you in the unit for under $3000 after the season,
