I was at my buddies house and he raises white tail and 2 of his bucks still have antlers and another 1 has 1 inch of new growth. Bill anderson in orleans county still is getting bucks on his cameras. We never did really get very cold this year,

Heard the same yesterday from a buddy - guy saw an eight point on the property, still with his antlers.

Thought you would like to know i saw a small buck (fork horn) this evening with both sides still attached. Southern seneca county. Not really sure what triggers the drop but i thought it had to do with decreased levels of testosterone. If its weather related i can understand why some bucks are still carrying racks although i haven't heard of any "mature" racks being seen recently.

Stress has alot to do with teh droptime so they will hold longer with the weather pattern we have had but eventually the new growth is going to pop them off. I would say 90+% haveto have dropped already
