vinyl strip removal

Looking for the best/easiest way to remove the vinyl strip from my fiberglass hull? Thanks for the help!

Heat gun?

Hair dryer/heat gun. Peel it off slowly & clean the residue off with WD-40 or acetone.

Trying the heat gun it works just takes awhile and leaves that sticky residue behind. I'll try cleaning with wd-40. Thanks for the help!
