need help with rod combo's

well im going to grab some new matching rod's i will be primarily trolling with inline boards and on occasion dipsys. And more for trout and walleye than salmon was hopeing you guys had some input on these combos

Daiwa heavy with moderate action with accudepth reel

okuma medium with stratamaster reel

Shakespear aresinal med action combo

im limited to 100 bucks per combo, dont no the preferred action for inlines and dipsys the more i read the more different answers i come up with, I do run mono. so what do you guys think the best buy is or what action do you prefer
