Flee's Anyone??

Anyone have any predictions as far as what the flee population will be this year due to are so called winter?? I would guess they will be pretty bad pretty early.

I'm guessing the finger lakes will have a bad year. Already seeing pods of weeds on the surface, seems too early for that...
