SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS Fished mouth of river east to 3 mile point. Steady hits in both directions, catching was more difficult. Lots of 1-3 lbrs. Largest 6lbs. The Oswego staff is working on docks should have ramps completely opened by next week weather permitting. Only one ramp open now.
