Solid welded rings for flashers

I am trying to put rings on some of my flashers that use snaps . Most of my better flashers have welded solid rings . Any one out there know where I can buy the rings ? I have access to gas or electric welders so that is no problem . But I can't find the rings anyplace . Thanks for any help .

make them out of some out of tig welding rod , Stainless steel. Careful not to melt the flasher.
