For anyone having doubts about Fish ID, Sea Grant has issued a new guide to Big-O fish Identification. It has them all side by side and includes Lake phase,Stream phase and what the “little ones†look like (smolt & parr)

Nice timing. Helped me identify the salmon we caught this morning - a small (6.5 lb) atlantic.
