getting into trolling- downriggers, rods/reels, clamp holder

Looking to rig my tin can for some trolling. I'm a college kid so moneys tight. specifically I'm looking for

-clamp on type downriggers

-downrigger poles/reels.

-leadcore/dipsey setups rigged

-seth green rig

-sturdy clamp on rod holders or ones that I can mount on the side (has no gunwhales)
