Looking for someone who has this boat and uses planer boards. Trying, without any luck, to figure out how and where to rig the reels and mast

you can mount the mast and reels in the front of the bow by the anchor strorage area. I have mine mounted in a 6" track section. The one thing I did was move my reels to the back supports on my hardtop so I didnt have to walk in the bow to let the line out. For you you can mount yours on the rails like "birddog" did and just run your lines to the mast in the front. I have had great luck running my boards this way. Just make sure you add a extra piece of line on the board line to "pull it in" and set you rods with.
