My buddie has a 20 ft open bow 1985 Sylvan with a CRACKED BLOCK > The boat itself is in very good condition but he does not want to mess with it. It is a 4cyl.(120 hp?) I/O.with an 8hp Yamaha kicker with new plastic gas tank & hose. Both the kicker & the i/o have new water impellers last year.It also has a good shore lander(single axel) trailer under it. He is just wondering if someone might be interested in buying it for Any Fair Offer. It was set up for fishing. Maybe someone out there has a motor laying around they want to sell cheap? Thanks for looking .

*New equipment bought last year =;

Bimini top

Hummingbird fishfinder

Cabelas rod holders

EZ steer rod for i/o to o/b

bellows on outdrive

water impellers in both motors

trolling motor bracket

new trailer tires (last year)

*Other equipment =;

Mooring cover

Eagle GPS

compass

VHF radio

2- walker electric downriggers

2- connon balls

planner boards with homemade mast

trolling plate

Let me know & I will let him know ! If it doesn't sell its going to the scrap yard !

P.S. He also has a 1930 Ford model" A" street rod for sale.

Hank, would you prefer an inboard or outboard for trolling Lake Ontario, assuming roughly identical open-bow 20 footers?

No offense taken, but the boat itself is in very good condition for its age & has alot of new & good equip. on it. The man is 70yrs. old & doesn't want to bother with it. He didn't plan on getting rid of it.
