se this all the time hits prity good for winds along with all the other forcasting just on this one page http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/ofs/loofs/loofs.html

dont have one for waves but never realy needed it after useing this page hope this helps

This one is located on the "Professional Links" for pro-members of LOU,

http://graphical.weather.gov/sectors/bufMarineWeek.php

walk your mouse over the time and graphical information is displayed for that time

of day for the whole lake. Hope it helps.

I use the following link to check wind and wave data. Use the map and click on the lake bouy to get the real time wave height.
