Monday: Got out onto the water around four pm (didn't think we would with the wind). Had some big but slow rollers, Set up in 60 fow....no sooner put the rod in the holder and bang...off goes a 12# brown. Came on a watermelon NK spoon 50' down. In the next 30 minutes had a "screamer" break off...my bad (knot that was)!

Tues am: We weren't able to stay out with with waves just too close for my 16' boat....did some bass fishing in the bay with some luck. Managed to get back on the lake around 4 and washed lures this after dark!

Weds am: We were on the water by break of dawn....tried the shallows then went out to 80 fow....again set up down 50 with lots of marks through out the water column....in fairly quick succession caught two 12# kings, both on a green SD with a blue/green fly.

Managed to boat a 20# king around 10am on a white/green spoon again down 50 feet. Seemed like quite a few fish being taken with things slowing down around 10 am but all in all a nice fishing trip. :D
