Headed straight out of the bay to 80' of water. Found fish in 90 or 95' and set a waypoint that we worked for the rest of the day. Never found much fish outside it. Fish there filled the column from 20' to bottom. Not much action considering the passes we made. Took the steelhead near the surface off boards with deep diver rapala black/silver. One more hit off the board natural/black gold. Took the king off rigger down 50' stinger blue/yellow spoon (nice to feel the king fight).

Nothing after 10:00. Saw lots of boats in shallow working for browns in the dirty water. Hope they hooked up.

For what it is worth my action has been 1.7-2 on the down speed... Maybe you were going a bit fast for them. Usually 2-2.5 is best but the last 2 weeks they have wanted it slow?!?
