suggestions?

I want to take my first trip to fish the Bay of Quinte in October. I have fished it hard water years ago but have never open water trolled it. Can anybody give me suggestions on a cottage, hotel, motel or whatever where there is a launch or near 1. Id appreciate any suggestions on where to stay, what area to fish etc.
