Islander 191v transom ladder/swim platform recommendations?

Thinking about adding a ladder/swim platform but I'm not sure what would work/look the best. Any thoughts?

If you do it, make sure you do a good job sealing around the bolt holes. Every hole you drill through that transom is a place for water to get in and rot it. I've seen a few rotten transoms due to swim platforms.

Thanks Mickey Finn, that is one reason I have not done it yet plus I like the clean look.
