Joe,

That is my backyard and did not here anything yet.

I did catch a musky in the open lake in Mexico bay while in the Wayne County Pro-Am. It was 49" long and over #40. Had to net it with 2-Salmon nets & it took 3 of us to hold it up (belly was too fat to just head/tail it). Me & Larry(Chad's dad) & Pat(Persistance-Sandy creek) & local buddy Frank along with our spotter will NEVER FORGET that 45 min fight or the 1/2 hour it took us to revive it to release, ALL FOR 0-ZERO-0 Pro-Am points.

Thanks Jerry, this supposedly came from a reliable source. I have not been able to confirm it, nor have I heard who caught it. It would be an interesting catch though if true.

rebel, my uncle on his boat knota chance, hooked and faught one in 65 fow mexico bay while fishing salmon on a green prochip flasher and howie fly. they got it up to the boat after about 40 min fight and it straightened he treble hook out. he showed the hook to me later that day, looked like an awkward fork. never made it in the boat estimated 55 inches.
