Well, it's official. Due to generous sponsors and dedicated volunteers at both tournaments, the purses will be fortified by $10,000 above what is taken in through entry fees! This means that the prize money payout is well above 100% payback. Unprecedented!

Not sure on that, stoutner. That is up to the 4 coordinators. What I am sure about as to the Open division is every penny going back in from entry fees and ALL the donated manufacturers products. Again, more going out than what is paid in. Good Luck!

Seems like everyone had a great time at the 2nd annual WHI tourney. Kevin did a great job. Judging by that, not to mention the 2nd year in a row a non charter boat took home the big money. I can only hope that Pro Am competition is way up!

With two fields, Open & the combined short box/long box with payouts on day 1, day 2 & final. Combine the new format with the additional sponsorship money & the opportunities are very good to take home some cash & prizes!! See everyone there!

That's great news. ....another question. Do the Open division team captains need to attend the mandatory Friday meeting or is that just for ProAm. The rules are sort of unclear to me anyway. In either case, where is the captains meeting being held? Isn't on the http://www.lakeontarioproam.net website yet.
