Unharvested perch and white bass are a greater threat to walleye reproduction than size limits and catch limits. Do us all a favor and take some perch home also.

Amen to that. Always had a fun time catching perch on Lake Michigan during the fall. I havent perch fished since I got here a 3 summers ago. Nice to get some perch, have a fun time, and a good meal.

When given the option of a boring troll around and hope to get 1 walleye/hour with no fight on heavy tackle vs dropping a light action rig to the bottom and hook up instantly on 15" perch that pull drag.......no contest right now. Gas money saved and yummy fillets aquired by the bucketfull.....win, win.
