bottom paint

i have noticed some blistering on the bottom of my 23 ft trophy and plan to bottom paint it over the next month or so. am looking for suggestions or recommendations for a user friendly searer and bottom coat paint. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks

VC-17. The blisters need to be fixed first. You might want to have a coat of some kind of Vapor lock put on your boat also.
