SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

====================

Got my dad and uncle out on the big lake today. Went three for five with one king(12 lbs) and two lakers(6, 8 lbs). My uncle's first king at the age of 72. The king hit a SD glow frog flasher fly combo 135 feet back with the dipsy on two. We marked the most fish around 80 FOW, went out to 175 and the screen went blank. Trolled for three hours before we finally got our first hit which threw the hook 30 feet from the boat. As I was resetting the dipsy rod starts screaming, and the other down rigger released. Things got exciting very fast as we doubled on the king and a laker.
