How to mount Big Jon rod holders

Received two Big Jon pedestal mount rod holders and there doesn't appear to be any hardware to mount the plate to the boat. What all would I need to complete this, 4 SS bolts, washers, lock washers and a nuts ??

I would use nylon lock nuts... but SS a must..

Everything SS. Backing plate on the underside of the mounting surface if that is feasible. If not, at a minimum, use fender washers on the underside to distribute the load, the largest diameter fender washers that are reasonable for the space. you may have to double up with a smaller washer below, to provide a solid mating surface for the nylock nut to press against.

I used 3/4" Azak board about 12" long and as wide as I could go under the gunwals for a back support. 1/4" 20 x 2" screw, washer and nylon nut. All stainless. Did this to mount all my gear. 12" x 12" Azak board back support under my downriggers.
