big jon pin assembly!

does anyone know if there is someplace that sells the round pull-pin for the big jon triple rod holders? one of mine is stuck and i cant get i to pull out to release the rod holder!

I had a problem with my pull-pin on my new Big John Ratcheting Rod Holder and called Big John. They sent me a new pin with no problems. Hope this helps.
