When is the best time for Salmon fishing on the Lake??

Hello to everyone again and thanks for the ideas on Lures for Fathers Day!! I was just wondering since my boyfriend does his Salmon fishing on the Lake and has a boat at Mikes Marina in Mexico, between what dates do the Salmon start running and stop running and when the best time is to be up there on the Lake fishing?? I am thinking of getting tickets to a concert for us for September 22nd and just wanted to make sure that would not be taking away from the prime time for the run on the lake?? We do live 4 hrs away from there so it would take away the whole weekend.

Buy the tickets..enjoy the show!

But make sure you spend EVERY WEEKEND from August- second week of Sept. out on the lake!

You just might do really well on the kings this weekend also....They are biting like crazy out there the last few days!

By the end of September, it seems as though it is tough going.

There will be fish around, but they don't cooperate well, at least from what I've seen.
