Rocket Launcher

I have a stainless steel rocket launcher on my boat, but the brackets that hold it in place broke. I have it back up, but I'm not very happy with the way it was designed. I'd like to have a good stainless guy take a look at it and see if we can make it stronger. Does anyone know of anyone who does quality stainless steel work of this kind?
