Just an observation as I don't fish that area. however king fishing you have to go faster. usually this time of year I'll start my day with the boat at 2.5 and do some turns to see what kind of mood the fish are in and most of the time I find that the fish will like it a little faster. assuming you have a sub troll or depth raider a down speed of about 2.1-2.4 is a good place to start.
