$1000 (Sept -- June), $2000 (July & August) -- must sign 12 month lease<-----They would entertain the thought of renting the cottage year around but would need a little extra rent for the peak months of July and August to offset the cost of not being able to rent weekly.

Weekly Rental -- includes furniture, tp, kitchen towels, gas for grill, tv with cable, . . ..does NOT include sheets, beach towels, pillows
