Poonie fish spoons

Has anyone on the site used the poonie fishing spoons and if so did they do any good or another sales gimmick with the bead on back thank you .... :yes: :no: :yes: :no: :yes: :no: :beer: :beer: :beer:

I have a couple of his old rods and reels, actually. Search "Poonie" and you'll see some people have commented that they like his spoons. The Eppinger Evil Eye spoons have been around forever and have a similar bead design.
