night fishin

want to go out night fishin this saturday and was wndering how fishin at night on lake ontario is? i prefer catching salmon and trout but walleye seem to be the target... anyone have any tips or info as to where to fish and how the night time affect trout and salmon and walleye?

we tried it last year on the 4th of july and we hooked up a few times but relized that we where deff missing more than we cought. not having lights on the back of the boat was a huge setback. we put on some lights off a fork lift to light it all up but never realy gave it a far try, normaly its because we have fished all day and to tired to realy want to keep going. were realy going to give it a real try this 4th and if nothing else its a great fire works show all along the shore.
