Not retail in a store. Can try and order from Dale directly online, but since he only makes em in winter and is usually jammed up with orders, they are slow to deliver and I think they sometimes stop accepting new orders.

Hogans hut on chatauqua used to carry em a few yrs ago. Might still. The happy hooker is another place there to try.

People seem to be under the impression that Muskie Thrills is Dale's website. They sell Wiley's exclusively, but it's not Dale's site. It is probably the best place to get them though. Orders do take a while.

I know it doesn't help immediately, but Dale Wiley always has a booth at the Butler, PA fishing show in February each year.
