Mobile Mechanic - Port Ontario Needed

Was hoping someone knew of a mechanic that would come to the dock to look at two minor issues. The boat is docked at Clarks Marina in Port Ontario. The issues are :

1. Boat diesels when I come back to the dock and turn off the engine

2. Throttle issue... when boat is kicked into gear and I try to increase my speed by tapping the throttle, the throttle moves but no increase in speed.... if I continue to tap it eventually wants to go fast, doesn't seem like there's an in between

Might have put it on the trailer, and tote it up the road to Rieters, in Sandy Pond.
