Morning on the River

Hit the St Lawrence this morning and got 2 walleyes. One 19" and the other 23". We also picked up a few bass. Hit them in about 35 fow.

You're killin me. I was out Sat and Sun. I didn't catch any walleyes. Dropped the camera down and saw them around the wreck. Trolled for a couple miles on the way home but only caught fleas. Guess I'm doing it wrong. Oh well havin fun though.

Haven't hit any eyes on deep divers yet, only using very heavy bottom bouncers or jigging spoons. Riggers also work but are tough to fish with changing bottom structure, try fishing near the bottom. Also keep your speed slow trolling into the current. I'm barely moving up river in heavy current I also do most of my fishing at night ior low light t hours.Things should only improve over the next two months. Also the ones I've got have been in 30-65 fow.
