Anybody been fishin Oneida? Looking for any advice. Crawler harnesses,jigs,blade baits. East or West. Making a trip up this weekend. Any info would be greatly appreciated... THANKS....

Ive been hitting them every time out on jigs tipped with a worm or 3" gulp alive minnow. Mainly around Shackleton Shoals in 15-30 fow.

Fished Oneida this morning, for probably the last time this year,(pulling the camper to the Big "O" next weekend), and crushed 'em pulling bouncers/harnesses, straight down the bouy line, 38-39 fow. Good perch as well.

Between 117-113 were where they were, and when you continued east more, you'd run right out of them.

Biggest was 22", with 2, 20"ers too.

Heard that the jig bite was hot in shallow, at daybreak.

Tons of fish, and most tried/true methods are allowing folks to easily catch their limit.

Go get 'em.
