How far back do you run off rigger...how far off a flasher?

Off the rigger is something the fish will have to tell you. I usually start close at the beggining of the day and lenghten out as the day goes on if the bite slows. Leader length from flasher to meat head is about five feet or so. Bait head clean I stay at the five feet, twinkee rigs are a little more because I make my own.
