It's that time of year !

After working my butt off and not having a day off since Fathers day, I am off to the ADK's once again . Can not wait to be on the lake and away from the BS we all face every day. My cares just fade away & I realize what is really important to me and all the STUFF I don't need.Great Northern Pike , Smallmouths& my buddy the Bald Eagle await my arrival . Will let you know how I make out.

If you have the misfortune of having to appear in front of the Judge in the town of Gaines , think of me. I just completed construction of his new bench. Mention me and maybe he will give you a break.

Sounds like an awesome "get-a-way" for sure! Reminds me of when my dad took us down to the hunting camp for the first time as soon as we hit Hornell...you would hear a big sigh, my brother and I would say whats wrong dad...and he'd say " That was all my worries leaving my body" Have fun! and good luck with the fish!

Good luck up there HB.....Hopefully the fishing is good, but then again ,the fishing is only secondary,and a bonus if it's good on a get-a-way trip !! ....we all need to "get away" once in awhle...enjoy.
