The paint doesn't effect the weight of the spoon. I've sent a ton of spoons out with 6+ colors, and detailing, no problems that I've heard of!!

These spoons are awesome. I purchased some and ran them over the weekend. Nice action in the water and super tough paint jobs!

Just out of curiosity do you make your own blanks or do you purchase them from NK, Stinger, etc?

By the way they look DEADLY! May have to pick some up next year when I get my own rig and dont have to rely on my buddy anymore.
