Diawa reel service ?

Wondering if anyone knows of someone that services Diawa reels in the Rochester area or even if I have to ship them somewhere? I purhased (2) 47 line counters and (4) 175's on ebay that were suppoese to be in "working order" I figured on some issues but they really need more attention than I want to tackle. Thanks
