Browns

We are coming up to fish out of Point Breeze Thursday thru Saturday. What would we do if we wanted to try for some browns one day?

Find where thermalcline intersects the bottom near structure and fish smaller spoons along the bottom. If you see marks up off the bottom in that zone, a lot of times they are browns also. A lot of the time, the low 60's is the perfered temp. Good luck!

Look for where 59/60 degree water hits the bottom. Could be 30' or it could be 100'. Guys at the Oak have been taking some nice ones just inside the Kings.

Marked alot in 70 to 60 on the bottom on the runs in from the 28 to 30 lines. I'm slipped two down from you at Wileys so if i'm there stop by.
