Finally boated our first Tyeeeee of 2012

After three fish weighing 29lbs and change here is the first 30lb of 2012. We took this one over in Toronto while fishing the Summer Tightline event. It took an 11" Stinger Hamemrtime E-Chip pulling an A-TOM-MIK Ultra Green Glow fly on our deep rigger which we tracked bottom with. If anyone wants a shot at big fish i would recommend you go fish Canada between Port Credit and Witby from Late June to the end of July. Mid twenty pound fish are the average and low 30lb fish are very common!

Work suxs. I'd much rather run charters and enjoy meeting people and showing off our great resource, but that just wont pay the bills!

Nice fish Rick. Amazing to see a dark fish that early in the season. Those big males sure look awesome!
