Hello All,

i don't fish lake O very often (i mostly fish the flx).

I know the 2nd pic is of a king. Is the first one a coho? the spots are only on the top half of the tail (sorry i didn't get a good photo of the gums)

thanks,

I don't know......almost looks like an Atlantic to me. IT aint a king or a steelie....that I can say for sure. But I am used to the scales on my coho's looking different and falling off in my hands the minute it hits the net and my hands. But I am not an expert by any means!

Its had to say it looks like a 1 year old king but the forked tail says Coho. Almost seems like to many spots for a Coho to. Tough call for me with out looking at the mouth. Looks like a all black mouth so I would go with small fat juvinial King.

Looks like a coho to me, no spots on the ventral half of the caudal fin, you are covering the anal fin which is a dead give-a-way as the Coho has a 90 degree angle while a king's anal fin is obtuse.
