Minnkota repair?

My 2008 Minnkota bow mount growls when in the water and has no torque at all. Brand new battery-anybody had good results getting these repaired and if so where? Thanx!

Authorized repair ctr around buffalo, near Grand Isle I think. I don't know the name but have good things from those that have used him. I will be taking mine there to get the shaft shortened once it arrives.

Yeah he did me a solid last week. Called him at 8, dropped off at 8:05, and by 11 he said come n get it!
