Flasher/Fly Combo on Keuka

Just wondering if any of you guys use flasher and flies on Keuka? I have fished both Keuka and Seneca using flasher/fly combos over the last couple of years and have never had much luck at all on Keuka with them. Come to think of it my success with them on Seneca isn't too great either. Any idea what i might be doing wrong? I usually use them on my dipsy rods which i used to wrong with mono line but just switched it over to 7 strand wire a few days ago (haven't had a chance to try them yet). Maybe running them on mono has something to do with my limited success?

I will bet you were not deep enough. How long is your leader from flasher to fly? I run mine 18_21 inches ...

Front hole, and more action hole... White green dot with white fly is a good flx killer. To the guys thinking we just hand info out, here ya go! This ones for you

Lakebound88 -- Thank you for the advice, will give it a try next time i get out! My leaders are about the same length from flasher to fly, maybe 21-22 inches.
